DELIVERY COSTS

Only for minimum orders of € 200 we don’t apply any delivery cost, and the goods will be sent by “three working days post”.

For the orders in witch the amount is less than € 200, we automatically apply the delivery costs.

It’s possible to choose between some different way for the delivery:

• registered post (only for weight less than 1 kg.): the delivery will be in/about 3/7 days , with the price of € 5.
• Three working days post: price € 10.
• By courier: delivery in/about 24/48 h., with the price of € 30.
• It’s possible to make an insurance for the goods, at the price of 5% of the amount.

For foreign delivery (out of Italy), the delivery cost is always of € 30 (only for less- than- € 200 orders).

TIMING OF DELIVERY

ACCESSORIES
The accessories are always sent in/about 7 working days from the order confirmation that you’ll receive by mail post.

WEDDING GIFTS

If the gifts you required are available in the quantities and colours you need, we can send them ready-made as your instructions in max. 15 working days from the order confirmation.

You’ll be contacted in max. 7 working days from the order confirmation by e-mail o by phone for these information:

• the kind of packet you require (colours, ribbons, box, kind of confetti, etc…);
• if you want to insert in the packaging of the gifts the little cards with the names of the bride and bridegroom. The printing of these cards requires on/about 4 working days.

If the gifts you need are not available at the moment of the order, we can produce them in/about 20 to 40 working days from the order confirmation.
You’ll be contacted also in this eventuality.

If you need the gifts NOT READY-MADE, you’ve to inform us in the moment you’ll be contacted.

The gift packet include:

• little tulle bag with 5 confetti;
• box to contain the object;
• satin or tulle ribbon;

-    the name cards have a different cost: € 14,90 for 50 printed cards or € 22 for 100 printed cards).                                                                                                          
DRESSES
If the dress is available in the size/colour you need, it will be sent in 7 working days from the order confirmation you’ll receive by e-mail.
If the dress is not available at the moment of the order, we can produce it in 15 to 90 days. You’ll be contacted in 7 working days from the confirmation order to communicate the exact date of delivery.
The outlet or promotional dresses are out of production, so they are available only in the sizes and colour written on the dress description.

Select the product you need and add it to cart.
If you are not registered, proceed with the registration as “new costumer”.
Select the way and address for the delivery.
Select the payment you prefer.
You’ll receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the result of the transaction.
You’ll be contacted by mail or by phone for the date of delivery.
