SELLING CONDITIONS
Products selling by web are regulated with the italian law D. lgs. N. 206/05 (artt. from 50 to 68). This law regulate the withdrawal right, that is the customer chance of giving back the product you’ve bought and to obtain the refund of what you’ve spent.
This right is applied only to customers and not to societies or companies.
If you want to follow the withdrawal right you’ve to send, in 10 working days from the goods receipt, a communication with your intention. The withdrawal right is not applied in the situations in witch the goods are made for the customer, such as:
Dresses or accessories not available in our stock and that has to be produced expressly for the customer;
ready-made gifts;
cards with the bride and bridegroom names.
The withdrawal right can be applied only if the product will be given back in the same situation in witch you’ve received it.
PRACTICE FOR THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
If you have bought a product on our web and you want to proceed with the withdrawal right, these are the steps:
to send in 10 working days from the goods receipt a registered letter A.R. to the following address: Centro Sposi Paradiso s.r.l. Via A. Costa 1 20131 Milano
to anticipate this communication by mail to acquisti@centrosposiparadiso.it or contacting this telephone number (0039)02/2840402. In 3 working days a confirmation will be sent to you.
To provide to the delivery of the product in the same conditions you’ve received it and with all the parts included in it.
Centro Sposi Paradiso will provide to make the money transfer to your account (only for the cost of the goods) in 30 days. DEFECTIVE GOODS
As the Italian law D. lgs. 206 del 06/09/2005 Centro Sposi Paradiso s.r.l. is responsible with the customer for every defective goods.
You’ve to communicate in 10 days if you have received a faulty good, and you have the right this good will be repaired or substituted without any charge, as explained in the art. 130 of the Italian Customer Code.
If you’ve received a devective good, please follow this steps:
in 10 days from the good receipt, please send a communication to acquisti@centrosposiparadiso.it writing the problem you’ve noticed;
We’ll give you an answer with the authorization for the return of the good;
Than you’ll prepare the good in the same situation and condition you’ve received it for the delivery;
The delivery will be free of charge for the customer, accorded with timing and way taken with the customer.
